Online Book

  • How do I get onto the book for Online Tutorials? Watch this video.

Resources found on your class website:

  • Each section (under Class Notes and Resources) has online resources to help you understand the concepts if you missed class or need to watch the lesson again.

          • Re-watch pre-recorded videos that explain YOUR class notes. These will be linked on each section.

          • Make sure if you email me for help you tell me the parts you are struggling with. "I didn't get it" doesn't help me identify which part you are struggling with and how I can help.

  • IXL is a great way to practice skills.

          • IXL is a paid subscription that students have access to - it is free for you

          • Immediate feedback and explanations are given for each concept.

          • Each module will tell you which sections of IXL to practice. Sometimes we complete these as classwork and homework.

  • Most Module notes (like section 1.1 or 1.2) will have a link to Khan academy.

          • Each strand of Khan academy includes a quick explanation video and practice problems.

  • Go Math Book

          • Look to the book for additional problems and QR tutorials.

          • Have a parent watch the Go-Math Online Tutorial (with practice problems) with you again for the subject you are struggling with.

          • Mr. Math Blog teaches using the Go Math book. Most sections have his videos linked. Feel free to watch him as he teaches with the book.
